Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Infrastructure Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve IT systems and processes.
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and functionality of IT assets and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth integration and project execution.

Cybersecurity and Risk Management

Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the IT team to achieve excellence.
- Identify opportunities for team restructuring and skill development.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Operational Efficiency
- Streamline IT workflows and introduce automation to improve productivity.
- Oversee user account management, system performance, and troubleshooting.
- Optimize IT resources to support strategic priorities and minimize waste.

Reporting and Compliance
- Maintain IT documentation and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide insightful reports and key performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Support decision-making through comprehensive data analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure, security, and digital transformation projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and results.
- Experience with CRM systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise software solutions (e.g., AlayaCare, Microsoft 365).
- Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Hands-on technical leader with a strategic mindset.
- Experienced in ERP/CRM implementations and IT system overhauls.
- Passionate about driving innovation and supporting organizational growth.

Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Information Technology & Digital Services. This leadership role is central to overseeing IT systems, driving digital transformation, and ensuring infrastructure security.
